General Manager.
Rox Resort is looking for its next General Manager — the person who takes the resort on the beach into its second year.

The handover.
Rox Resort opened on Nordstranden in November 2025 and turns one on 1 November 2026. The general manager who took it from vision to reality is moving on to a new role within ESS Group — passing on the baton, in his own words — and the resort is looking for the next one.
The role is the whole resort: hotel, SMITH, the Pool Club, events, spa and the experiences around them, made to work as one place. The GM sets the direction, the budgets and the priorities, and leads through a local team of a Hotel Manager, an F&B Manager and a People & Culture Manager, with ESS Group’s country managers for finance, sales, commercial and people alongside. Rox is part of ESS Group, which runs destinations and hotels across Scandinavia.
