Bach Friday.
One evening, one composer: five hours of Johann Sebastian Bach in Køge’s town church on the last Friday of November — a concert on the hour, free entry. Put the shopping away and sit down.

The evening
A concert on the hour.
For the fifth year in a row, Køge Kirke gives a whole Friday evening to Bach and nothing else — from four in the afternoon to nine at night, a new concert every hour. Come for one, stay for all five: entry is free, and you can come and go between the concerts.
Between the music, the Bach bar sells coffee, tea and something sweet. The church is Sct. Nicolai on Kirkestræde, a short walk from the square and the station — the music needs no Danish.
